My name is Hayden, I am 20 years old. I currently am finishing up my last class of undergraduate school before I got to chiropractic school. I will start chiropractic school in January, in Dallas, Texas.
I started this blog because between having a crazy health and fitness journey myself, I have learned a lot of things that I feel like could benefit everyone. From being a certified personal trainer, and being into health and fitness, I have knowledge about a vast majority of things in these categories and I am super excited to share them with you!
